Easy Pecan Pie
Ingredients:
1 - 9” pie crust
1 cup pecans
1 cup light Karo Syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup sugar
3 whole eggs
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine Karo syrup, Cinnamon, eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla in a medium bowl. Stir in pecans. Bake on center rack of oven for 60-65 minutes. Allow to cool for 2 hours before serving.
