Cranberry Orange Sangria Is the Perfect Fall Cocktail (or Mocktail)
Fall is cranberry season, and, fortunately for Thanksgiving hosts, cranberries can be used to make delicious drinks! Cranberry orange sangria, in alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions, is the perfect festive fall beverage for your next autumn party.
CRANBERRY ORANGE SANGRIA
4 cups cranberry juice cocktail, such as Ocean Spray
3 cups white wine, such as pinot grigio or chardonnay
1/2 cup orange liqueur, such as Cointreau or Grand Marnier
1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1 orange sliced thin, to be used as garnish in pitcher and glasses
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Serve over ice. Garnish with orange slice.
CRANBERRY ORANGE MOCKTAIL
3 cups white grape juice
2 cups cranberry juice cocktail
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1 orange sliced thin, to be used as garnish in pitcher and glasses
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Serve over ice. Garnish with orange slice.
