Kids' Bad Witch Costume

This witch costume for kids is truly magical! The base of the dress is a mock-neck, sleeveless bodice and full skirt. The top of the bodice has a cutout with an attached crescent moon charm. Sheer mesh off-the-shoulder bell sleeves and handkerchief-hem peplum give the dress lots of style and dimension. The peplum has an attached double-chain belt with moon and star charms.
